Domino's Pizza - Alexandria

Food was pretty good didn't go in, got curbside it was a bit slow but may have just been busy at the time. prices normal. staff were friendly when placing order and when they can out to drop off the food. overall not bad and would go back.

These people answer NIE after 9:00 the phone! I just called SIX times and they let the phone ring off the hook! Trash.

Domino 's is domino 's. But this store in particular is probably the worst I 've ever dealt with. Pizza is often delivered cold, messed up and or just wrong. And don 't bother calling the store to complain. The staff could care less and if you actually get a manager to talk to you, they 're rude and unsympathetic. Today was the last straw when she just hung up on us after waiting nearly 90 minutes for a cold pizza. There 's plenty of better options out there, so avoid this place! Here 's the timeline for our latest ordeal and final straw: 6:09pm Placed order (2 large pizzas) via Domino 's app 6:30pm Pizzas out of the oven 6:52pm Pizzas left the store w/ eta of 7:42pm (more than an hour out of the oven). The driver had at least 2 other deliveries before ours in opposite directions. 6:54pm called the store to resolve before delivery of cold pizza 7:04pm Staff finally answered, was rude and didn 't care. We asked 3 times to speak to the manager. 7:08pm Manager (Kadisha) finally got on the phone, she was just as rude, she said the app lied to us and she could only cancel the order. We said that if she wouldn 't resolve this, we would complain to her area manager. She said go ahead then abruptly hung up on us at 7:11pm. 7:26pm Driver showed up with the pizza (now out of the oven for nearly an hour). Pizza was left at our doorstep and driver was running back to his car when we got to the door. The store didn 't even bother to inform the driver that the order was canceled. At this point, we had already placed an order with Papa Johns. I can understand that things might get busy at times. Then don 't make the pizza until you 're ready to deliver it instead of letting it sit in the store or in the car for an hour! For what it 's worth, the order we placed with Papa John 's at 7:20pm arrived fresh and hot at 7:54pm and was delivered with extremely friendly customer service!!!

Horrible service. 2 hours later, after 2nd phone call, was told the pizza never left the store. Unbelievable. I truly hope this review impacts someone's decision to choose another company.
