I’ve been to this location 3 times in the past two months and I’ve got to say, my experience here keeps getting worse. They consistently do not have all the ingredients needed for certain shakes. The customer service here is lame and not welcoming. It’s no wonder why they have such a low rating on google reviews.Hopefully DK BR can work on this location and improve the overall experience. From store cleanliness, proper inventory of popular shakes and ice cream. Above all, their customer service needs a lot of help. This could be a great and booming location, but unfortunately the staff doesn’t see what this store can be.

I visited this location 4/23/2023and ordered apint of ice cream andthe attendant wiped the drippings on the cup with her tee shirt. Will not visit this location again . How disgusting!! Needless to say I left her holding the ice cream.

I ordered an ice cream cake three days in advance for my husband's birthday. When I arrived to pick it up, they spent 15 minutes searching for the cake. The attendant, who was quite disrespectful, came out and told me he couldn't find it, even though I had my confirmation email and a printed receipt showing it was supposed to be ready. He said there was nothing they could do. Fortunately, a woman wearing a DD hat offered me one of the cakes from the fridge that had already been made. Unfortunately, it wasn't the flavor I ordered, and the cake was frostbitten and unappetizing. I was very disappointed and will not be returning.
