I’ve been to this location 3 times in the past two months and I’ve got to say, my experience here keeps getting worse. They consistently do not have all the ingredients needed for certain shakes. The customer service here is lame and not welcoming. It’s no wonder why they have such a low rating on google reviews.Hopefully DK BR can work on this location and improve the overall experience. From store cleanliness, proper inventory of popular shakes and ice cream. Above all, their customer service needs a lot of help. This could be a great and booming location, but unfortunately the staff doesn’t see what this store can be.

Ordered an ice cream cake 3 days in advance for my husbands birthday. I showed up to pick up and they spent 15 minutes looking for the cake and the very disrespectful attendant came out said he couldn’t find it despite having my confirmation email and receipt printed showing it should be prepared. He said there was nothing they could do about it. Thankfully a woman with a DD hat on offered me one of the cakes in the fridge that was already made. They didn’t have the flavor I ordered and the cake was unfortunately frost bitten and gross. VERY DISAPPOINTED and will not return.

Horrible experience. I asked a simple question to see if they had brownie sundaes as their website states they do, and the employee was ticked off apparently and practically yelled “we don’t do brownies anymore.” I asked for a bit more to pick and as soon as I waved at him to notify the man I was ready to order, he walked past me to tend to a customer that had only just walked through the door — I had been at the front counter all this time.You’re better off driving a few more minutes to another location with better customer service. Additionally, the location reeks of a horrible smell. Terrible experience.
