Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

I ordered a quarter-pounder at this restaurant and I was shocked. There was a hair in it and there was barely any sauce. The fries were very bland. The waitress accidentally dropped my meal on me when she brought it to my table, causing half of my fries to be wasted. There was no refund offered.

This is a big maccas for a quick cup coffee or a fast snack. I usually prefer only macca's breakfast, because I don't enjoy their other meal times, no matter if they make a great flat white. this load is well managed and clean and neat.

I really can't comment too much on the food as it serves normal Maccas food and pretty much unremarkable. The store is a decent site and well kept and clean. The playground is one of the better areas and had families and kids in mind....There is heaps of parking and popular for children's parties.

The restaurant should be quick to eat at, not painfully slow. We waited 40 minutes at Ballajura McDonald's and were late for our family trip. Normally, the staff would apologize for the wait, but this one was rude and seemed bothered when serving us. I never want to return to this place. If possible, I would give it zero stars.

I ordered food through UberEats and they didn't even get the order right. I ordered 2 McChicken meals and a Big Mac meal, but received 2 Big Mac meals instead. There was no sweet and sour sauce or extra sauce for the nuggets, the chips were cold, and there was no ice in the drinks. I was really disappointed with the quality and what we received.
