Slow service two guys but only one working, and they made sandwiches for people to pick up, but attend the customers on site first smh

The tables, chairs, floors and bathrooms were filthy. With three people working and not at all busy.... With so few customers there, someone could take time to wipe tables, clean restrooms and sweep??? Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Past experience here was mixed but since the ownership change, things have been consistently good!! The staff is helpful, especially with the coupons! The bread has been fresh each time we have been there and the ingredients were stocked nicely and the preparation area clean. The employees have been so nice and helpful. Very good experience!! My steak and cheese was made to perfection!!! Another visit today since coupons were mailed out! It was another excellent experience. The employees are helpful, very nice, and do a wonderful job preparing one’s food. I appreciate that they make it exactly as you like. My wife likes extra lettuce and that was no issue! The bread was fresh and the food was good. The cookies were nice. It was a good experience. Good job Aledo Subway!! Going to get my daughters coupons from her !! Don't think I'll be back. I've been maybe 3 times because it's within walking distance of my work and convenient for lunch. But today I went and the customer service wasn't only awful but was incredibly slow paced. They had a line of about 5 people behind me (I was first) but the wouldn't even acknowledge anyone because they were too busy making orders placed online or in the app, which is fine. But if you have a long line of people there waiting someone could make the online orders and someone else help the people there. But no, the poor lady was doing all of the work and the guy was just standing at the register doing absolutely nothing to help. Poor service on his part, and poor work ethic as well, also super unhelpful to his co-worker
