Palio's Pizza Cafe Aledo

Place is very nice. Pizza is solid. Usually not very crowded. They typically close early.

Love their pizza and salads!! The service is great and priced reasonably! The brisket pizza is amazing!

The GF crust was both crispy and chewy and the toppings were amazing! They delivered it to us quickly and hot! Dietary restrictions: The gluten free crust was both crispy and chewy!

We were constantly lied to by the management of this establishment. We placed a deliver order at 5pm. We called to check on the delivery at 6pm. The manager indicated it would be out the door in 15 min (being we live 10 min away) this should be a 6:25pm arrival.... Nothing... We call again at 7pm (2 hours after we placed our order and 35 min after they said it would arrive). The same manager said it was in the oven right now and would be there in 20 min.... Nothing.... we call again at 8pm (now 3 hours after initial order). We are told again it is in the oven . I called out the manager as being a complete lier. Our order has not been in the oven for an hour. He then began to patronize me asking if i still wanted the order. At the writing of this review we are 3.5 hours after the placement of the order… this ended up being over 4hrs. And the delivery driver was quick to tell me how much he hated his boss and that he was not an honorable person… even the response below from Palio’s just shows how disconnected they are from there employees. Do you really think the account above is representative of “hard work”? Lying to customers to try and shut them up is not hard work.

Great value and a wonderful pizza with toppings I can’t get anywhere else! Great experience!
