Santa Monica Breakfast Club

Breakfast I must say, it was a major disappointment. It was incredibly overpriced for its low-quality food, which has significantly deteriorated since my last visit. My wife, who is gluten-free, was especially disappointed as most of the gluten-free options were no longer provided. It was clear that the restaurant was cutting costs on the quality of food and service. One of the dishes we ordered, the shakshouka, had a bad smell and was inedible. The omelet we ordered was also overcooked and not even salvageable. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of food and service. It seems that this restaurant's quality has gone downhill, and I will not be returning. There are plenty of other breakfast spots that are much better and well worth the money spent.

I was thinking to give 2 star but it’s a 5 star hotel. As a guess we deserve more than a poor manager skill that could make a customer experience bit better it doesn’t take much effort from a well trained manager to do it. The only reason. The chef who make the menu how in the earth they can put in the menu nachos like that? It was literally straight from the package and called a main course cauliflower steak? My husband tried it but, I couldn’. To don’t be a complete lost I ordered it for take away. This was or second chance to this place we wont come back again. Instead I recommend more Isaan, services always good, food is excellent original and tasty.

Brunch. On point. But don't let it stop you from going there for any meal of the day. A bit pricey, but when you factor in the service, the ambiance, the view...it is well worth it. Best part...brunch drinks. I got a lobster hoagie and mimosas. I'm going back to try the salmon and other drinks. And there's a nice cabana beach access right around the corner. Great drinks, very pricey. It's not part of SMBC but it's there.

Beautiful experience, but on a weekday, when the crowd is less, the enthusiasm is also low n may some food choice a little less. But I can totally understand it's good not to aste food just to achieve rating on service. Will visit again
