Encore Lounge - Aldergrove

We really wanted to try this place as it was highly recommended. Prices were reasonable, pick up order was quick. The quality of food on the other hand was disappointing. Potato’s were a pile of mushy soup, the rice was a texture I would compare to soggy lentils. Chicken was good and cooked perfectly. Very small portions of tzatziki dip. I try and support all local businesses but with this quality it makes it difficult.

Manager/server wasn 't wearing a mask (November 15 2020). I emailed them to notify the owner and nobody responded to me. Food was ok. The manager asked us not to sit at the 4 person table we sat down at (when we were the only two in the restaurant)... I asked the server 'shouldn 't you be wearing a mask? ' and his response was 'you should be too ' when I was sitting at the table. He was preparing food in the kitchen without a mask as well.

I live in Montreal and ordered for my dad's birthday. He said the food was amazing, and the portions were very generous. Thank you Ray for helping me. He and his wife really enjoyed his birthday dinner, thanks again for making it so special.Cindy

A group of eight ate here pre pandemic and everyone raved about how good the food was, can't wait to go back, DELICIOUS!

Luke warmed up pre made food. The best part was puking it back up at 2am.
