Freshslice Pizza - Aldergrove Langley

Really bad customer service. A friend and I had ordered from them and they messed up our order. We called them up and asked if they could do anything for us. Mayank Patel who apparently is the Manager at this location spoke very rudely and misbehaved. Sally the assistant manger also talked really rudely and with attitude and said they could not do anything. Hitesh was the only person who genuinely wanted to sort it out. Don’t ever order from them. Save your your money. This location is not worth it. They deserve to be complained about. Also just be aware that they always delete the negative comments.

Had a good time here, Naidu working there got all my requests right. Highly recommend this place.

Sally, who claims to be the manger at this location was incredibly rude when I talked to her on the phone about my order. They messed up my topping and did not do anything about it. Instead they spoke really rudely. Would not recommend this location of fresh slice pizza. Save your money people
