A&w - Aldergrove Langley

I ordered Papa Burger. After less than 5 minutes, they handed over a burger that was prepared for someone else hours ago. The cheddar cheese looked like it was sitting there for days. Beef patties were as solid as rubber and cold. When I came back to the drive thru, they told me their grill is not ready, so for a fresh burger, I had to wait 15 minutes. Now I have a question to ask the manager of this A&W location : Are you aware of the staff serving leftover foods to customers????

Had a terrible experience here with my late night take out order here. I have NEVER ever received cold and soggy fries at any fast food restaurant before this. On top of that, I was charged a different amount than what was on my receipt. So I went back to the Drive thru queue, waited another 15 mins for some reason for my turn, then shared all my grievances with the Indian girl who served me earlier. She UNAPOLOGETICALLY replies that I had been actually provided with the wrong receipt. At this point, I was still feeling ok, but then I asked for a replacement for the fries, waited another 4-5 minutes, then she handed me the fries again without any sign of remorse. I drove away and parked in the restaurant's parking lot, opened the bag of fries only to find that they had actually just refried the very same order of fries to make it appear hot, which eventually got soggy and cold in the next couple of minutes. Felt very disappointed and frustrated!!

The best A&W out of any in Langley or Surrey. There food in the evening especially is always cooked to perfection so my hats off to the evening cook.

The food was great, the onion rings were superb! The staff were helpful and had a sense of humor.

At 10:15 pm i had to wait more than three minutes at drive thru for my order. For reference i was the only one in queue. Defeated whole meaning of drive thru.
