Starbucks - Alcoa

Ordered a Carmel latte with whip and caramel it was well shy of that tasted like not that very pourly made.

I had a Uber order, walked in, no customers at the counter. Couple of cars in the drive thru, but 6 people working. Laughing having fun, not 1 person asked if I had an order. They would look at me, turn their heads. I could understand if they were busy. I stood there for almost 5 minutes for 1 drink. That was sitting on the counter. Bad customer service. They need to be trained on customer service.

What can I say. Starbucks is great. I go at least 4 times a week, fortunately I go enough that they recognize my voice over the speaker and I always get what I want with no issues.

Very rude employees and coffee was disgusting. Will never come to this location again.

Great service. they tend to be from all sandwiches. So if they're looking for coffee, are they good? Maybe they have to be ready to live caffeine.
