Sonic Drive-in - Alcoa

The food was great as usual! We went through the drive-thru because one burger didn't need to be remade. Other than that, I would have given this place 5 stars!

I always receive half of what I ordered when using the app. Even though I have ordered multiple times, my order always disappears after I leave a review. I ended up being charged double, but according to the policy, there should be a way to correct this issue.

The restaurant has glass windows, making it easy to see when the staff is laughing and smiling instead of preparing an order. I waited 30 minutes for my food, and during that time, I noticed five cars drive through. It seems like the staff prioritizes meeting their own standards over satisfying their customers, making the chef appear more focused on the window than on the diners.

I do not recommend this location if you want to correct your order in less than 30 minutes

Only three cars at the pull up, and 3 in drive thru and waited 17 mins for someone to take order until I got tired of waiting and left. Typical customer service these days.
