M Calister's Deli - Alcoa

Not certain what happened, but this location has gone downhill. More than 15 tables were not clear and no one seemed to be cleaning them. A female employee cursed at the top of her lungs, threw stuff on the floor. Walked to the back and slammed cabinets closed repeatedly and quit her job loudly by telling everyone as she left the restaurant. The floor was soaked with water. The bathrooms were disgusting. Super gross McAllister's location.

We used to go to McAlister's when we lived in the south. Now it's a treat when we get to eat at one. This was a very nice restaurant. They were very quick as the line was long when we arrived, but it went fast. The food was also excellent. I had the BLTA on toasted white bread. We dined outside and the weather was beautiful on the porch. The service direct to the table. We will definitely go here again if we are in the area again.

After reading these positive reviews, I decided to give this place a try. I don't usually eat salads, but the Savannah salad has all the ingredients I enjoy. I will definitely return to sample more items from the menu.

The food was fantastic, the staff was wonderful, and the restaurant was clean and well-organized. We will definitely be back!

It was a lovely day to sit at one of the covered outdoor tables. I had the veggie spud and soup, both of which were fantastic, paired with sweet tea. Unfortunately, they were out of Godiva chocolate cheesecake.
