Chateau Vinasoro - Alcázar de San Juan

We really enjoyed our stay here except for one thing. The receptionist with the long hair made a remark that was very unprofessional. We did the Wonderbox package and it said we had a bottle of wine included and 30 mins at the spa. We had to remind her about it and when she asked if we were going to have lunch at the hotel and we said no, she said: I 'm not surprised . That was quite rude and uncalled for. Other than that, the bodega tour was amazing and our guide was excellent! Great stories and explanation and we really enjoyed learning about wine tasting. We eventually had lunch there and the food was excellent. The room was very nice and clean, the shower 's pressure a little off, but other than that it was all really good. Great location, I loved the countryside and I 'd definitely come back!

We had a very nice overnight stay while traveling from Granada to Madrid. This hotel/restaurant is outside of any city – the closest being Alcazar de San Juan – so it seems like most of the clientele were locals. Irene, at the front desk, was very helpful since she spoke English and most of the rest of the staff did not. She also helped us in the restaurant with ordering dinner. She really made it her job to make us feel very welcome. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. Pumpkin soup was outstanding. Swordfish and Sea Bass entrées were also very good. We would stay here again if in the area.

Nosotros decidimos celebrar nuestra boda en este maravilloso lugar. El trato recibido tanto antes, como durante y después ha sido de diez. Las coordinadoras de nuestro enlace se encargaron de todo con todo lujo de detalles. El equipo de camareros estuvieron pendientes de todo el mundo y de que no faltará absolutamente nada en las mesas y por supuesto de qur nuestros invitados estuvieran en todo momento satisfechos. El cóctel y la cena estuvo perfecto no falto comida ni bebida en ningún momento, esto es una gran preocupación para todos los novios, pues con ellos no hay de que preocuparse. Solo nos queda agradecerles tanto a Inés como a Fátima y a su maravilloso equipo que ese día tan importante para nosotros saliera perfecto. Muchísimas gracias a todos, celebraría mi boda una y mil veces más con todos vosotros
