Papa John's Pizza Jose Maria Pereda

So I read all the terrible reviews, but still decided to try, given my family’s craving for pizza and the fact that the Domino’s in Alcalá serves truly awful pizza (didn’t offer thick crust, no sauce, burnt cheese and crust . Imagine my surprise when I order my pizzas online (takes roughly 3 minutes , drive to the store 15 min later, and find... 3 of the most delicious looking pizzas this world has to offer. Piping hot large (14” pizzas with perfectly cooked thick crust, excellent quality toppings (double pineapple on 2, pepperoni/chicken/mushrooms on the 3rd , good proportion of sauce to cheese all for €12/pizza (12” mediums are €10 each . My kids nearly tackled me when I got back, they were so happy. And the taste was exactly like in the States... maybe even better! So if you’re looking for American-style pizza in Alcalá (admit it, even the best tapas and bocadillos get tiring after a while , give Papa John’s a whirl. I hope your experience was as good as mine.

As an AMERCIAN I have enjoyed this restaurant many times in California. However this pizza is something you need to stay away from in Alcala. There are plenty of other places to take chances on. I highly recommend to stay away from all PAPA JOHN'S in Alcala de Henares.

Excellent deal done by maria and diego, there should be more people like them working, I'll be back.

Excellent attention but we had to wait more than an hour. There was only one girl who attended and was very kind and polite, but they should consider this so it doesn't happen anymore.

The very good pizzas and the adorable dependants will come back without doubt
