In a privileged place but very neglected on the outside. The restaurant extremely expensive and the staff very unprofessional in general. Food drinks: We ordered a dish that was not on the menu and when it was time to pay it cost three times more than the most expensive dish in the same category on the menu... it costs little to inform customers because not everyone can afford to spend so much on a single dish.

It has far exceeded my expectations. The week that I have lived at the Legado Oromana has been very pleasant, especially due to the attitude and aptitude of the staff, great people and great professionals. The Hotel is modest, without luxuries or pretensions, but any lack is compensated and resolved with the important role played by the people who serve us. In particular, although I extend it to all the staff, I want to thank the attention received from the entire Reception team (special mention to María and Fran, with whom I have been in more contact, although I also include Julio, Isabel and Rafa, of course) . The information, the diligence to resolve any small incident, the kindness, the art to manage and attend, which I have been able to verify and witness, have caught my attention. For my own initiatives in the recent past I would have tried to hire them, without a doubt. I congratulate you and the entity for having such high-quality personnel. Of course the hotel is worth it because of the beautiful surroundings, the good and cool pool, etc... But I'll stay with its people, whom I threaten to visit. Thank you all very much for everything.
