We arrived at 13.15 and were given a table downstairs. The main eating area was full. After taking our order we were told it would take a while but we said that was ok. We imagined having to wait 30 mins. However after an hour we were told that they hadn't even started preparing our meal and were recommended to order some cold starters. Unbelievable! Especialliy since the owner or person in charge continually passed by our table and could hsve informed us of the situation. We left after an hour. I would suggest turning away clients if it not posdible to offer decent service and make it clear to customers when the waiting time is going to exceed reasonable expectations.
