Yanni's is bringing back what they were known for when they started this family Empire. Beautiful classic Greek and modern dishes presented in a spacious Greek style ambience. My favorite dish was the Greek rack of lamb with Fig/mint jelly absolutely divine. Other favorites are Kotopoulo Split farm raised chicken that was cooked to juicy perfection with their feta mashed potatoes was dreamy happiness. Tabs are modest and service from Mariah is extraordinary, it's also wonderful to see Nicole Kapnison making the magic happen and revitalizing and giving this restaurant life again! Yanni's where the food taste as good as it looks! Ciao
The food was amazing and the service was good! The menu was also reasonably priced and had lots of good options. I wish I tried this place sooner, we will definitely be returning!
The owner was very rude. No customer service skills at all. I will take my business elsewhere.
Last weekend, we enjoyed dinner at Yanni's. It had been some time since our last visit, as the meals had previously been just average. However, this time we tried the parmesan-encrusted sole and the chicken souvlaki. The chicken was incredibly juicy, and the sole was fresh with a light, crispy coating. The sautéed vegetables were surprisingly crunchy instead of mushy, seasoned with a delightful and unique blend of herbs. And of course, no dinner would be complete without baklava, which turned out to be the best we’ve had in months. It was a fantastic meal, and we definitely plan to return.
Since I know how to order for our family-style meal, my parents let me take charge. For the three of us, we ordered baked feta, a meze platter (which was meant for two, not four), and pastitsio. The bread served at the table was fantastic, especially paired with olive oil—I just wish it came with the baked feta! The pita was tasty too, although it was a bit tough for scooping up the sauce. I was really impressed by the baked feta, and while the meze platter was decent, I think next time I'll just order the grape leaves with tzatziki since they pair perfectly together. The pastitsio was good and quite filling, balanced well with the béchamel, making it feel lighter. It was just enough for us to enjoy a late lunch without needing dinner afterward. I do wish they had a wider selection of Greek wines available; I tried a white wine from Crete, which was okay. I hope the owner sees the message I drew on the tablecloth—if not, here's hoping they receive it!
