Whataburger - Albuquerque

This is the worst place to eat. They constantly get my order wrong, and this time, I ordered a burger and they forgot the patty! It's unbelievable.

The dining room was closed even though the sign said open 24/7. They were out of almost everything, including hamburger buns! The only option left was a patty melt, which was not very satisfying. It wasn't even that late for a place that claims to be open 24/7, it was only around 9pm.

Well, what could I say they have great burger, customer service is always friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a big burger and do not forget their spicy ketchup try it is very good.

I ordered an apple and cranberry chicken salad, but received a Cobb salad instead. I returned the salad and informed them of the mistake. I noticed another customer returning a salad and receiving a replacement. It was the same salad that the other customer had returned, and they tried to give it to me. I asked the staff for a fresh salad that the other customer had just returned. The staff member hesitated but eventually brought me a new salad. It seems like she was instructed to give it to me after making a mistake with the previous customer. They ended up giving the incorrect salad to the other customer and the fresh one to me. Be cautious when returning orders, as you might end up with a slightly used one instead!

This was my go to place twice a week for many years. Lately the service has been abhorrent. In my latest experience The cashier was rude and dumbfounded by a simple order. I patently waited over 45 minutes for a simple order only having to leave to get back to work. I can’t speak for other locations but I am done with this location.
