Taco Cabana - Albuquerque

As for cleanliness, many of the tables were unclean, and the floors were not in great shape either. However, the biggest letdown was the food itself. Unfortunately, it was terrible! Out of everything we tried — the burrito (which ended up being two separate burritos), a taco salad, and three street tacos — nothing was even close to being good. The beef in the burrito had an odor reminiscent of cat food, and honestly, it probably tasted just as bad (not that I’ve ever tasted cat food). We ended up throwing everything away after just a few bites, which felt like setting $36 in cash on fire. The only redeeming aspect was the drinks, which were decent enough to take with us after our brief and unpleasant dine-in experience. It’s surprising how busy the place was; typically, that’s a positive sign, but in this case, it felt more confusing than reassuring. We won’t be returning to this location or trying any other branches. Edit: After writing this, we ended up going to Popeye's.

The service is disappointing, with unmotivated staff who seem indifferent. Fortunately, I wasn't eating there myself; I was just picking up an order for someone else. They ended up giving her the wrong order, and there was a messy, leaking substance at the bottom of the bag. That's precisely why I would choose not to eat here. Food: 2/5.

Very skimpy servings. My husband's beef fajitas contained 1 piece of beef that was only half the length of the tortilla. Literally nothing else. Not happy about servings and I won't go back except for the watermelon drink. That was delicious.Food: 2/5

The last few times I've been there I had horrible service. They got my order wrong three times. I was clear on what I said. The last time I was there, my friend ordered a burrito and they got it wrong. I ordered a large menudo and they put it into two small containers. Whomever packed the order smashed his dinner combo. It was the worst. The tortilla tasted like they had a bunch of flour. I will not be going back. I know a better place.

Was in town for the night and wanted some kind of quick authentic Mexican food. Decides to try this place and it was very good, I got the street tacos with chicken and everything was seasoned well and flavorful now as I'm from out of town I don't really know real mexican food but the food here was great,
