I moved into the window and was told that they did not have enough personal to complete my order, but also do not give me a refund. the customer service does not react. I have to go through my credit card company to undo the fee. absolute catastrophe of a company. simply go with a local location and save them the headaches.
After the renovation they began to close early, the work supplement sour cream, what 't need it. it's so disgusting because I'm having a bean burroto with so much chees? it's all in order if I think I'm not ashamed. I would no longer buy dinge of them? food: 1/5
I ordered online for convenience, but the lobby was closed so I waited behind 6 cars. When I came into the window, it was embarrassing to watch this whole team fight to compile my order. Beyond that, the girl in the window repeatedly put her cursed hands in my pocket to check what was in it. after 25 minutes in the drive through, they got my order right, but gave me no hot sauce. this team really needs to find out what their work is doing. the girls in the window have gone lost, incompetent and how they could take care less or had no idea what their work entails. booo.

They allowed me to place an online order but when I arrived on Sunday 10/30/22 3:00 pm they have a sign saying they are closed due to their intercom not working. Employee cars are in the parking lot. They charged my card but are closed during their business hours and aren’t answering their phone (off the hook). Can the manager please call me back for a refund since you charged me but can’t fulfill the order?
