Panda Express - Albuquerque

This place really delivered the best Panda Express I've ever had. I'm not sure what they did differently this time, but the person working the wok was incredibly skilled and efficient, and the vegetables tasted fresh and crunchy. They were clearly understaffed, with too few workers for the number of customers, but this seems to be a common issue everywhere these days. I can't fault the employees for management problems and labor shortages. The food was really good, the chefs and servers worked hard, and the crispy crimson dessert next door made the whole experience even sweeter.

I waited for over 25 minutes to receive my shrimp. They forgot my order and made me wait until nearly an hour had passed. There was only one person working on the line for 35 minutes, while the others were just cleaning and walking around. There were about 15 customers in line, and the staff told people that they couldn't make certain items because they were closing in 28 minutes and it would take 25 minutes to prepare the dish. Despite this, only one person was trying to fulfill all orders and keep customers informed. This resulted in delays and frustration for everyone.

I am very disappointed. I ordered a dish with double orange hugging, but when I got home I realized that it was more like a bowl-sized portion. It did not justify the amount of money I spent on it.

Eating is delicious I wish it had a little more taste juice with the meal.

They been slacking the last few times I've been.They don't greet you at all.Two employees were arguing in Spanish ignoring customers. Terrible Terrible Terrible.Used to be pretty good
