Contribuiți la feedbackThe Nitro Fog has now disappointed me. They used to be the best, but that is no longer the case. My family and I used to go out of our way to visit this place. What happened to the delicious ice cream they used to serve? I hope they bring back the original flavors. If they continue to sell the current products, I suggest people purchase Häagen-Dazs at the grocery store instead. At least that way they can expect consistency.
I used to love going to this restaurant for ice cream in Albuquerque. Actually, it was my favorite place in all of New Mexico. However, when I went in tonight, I found out that they no longer make their own ice cream. I was really disappointed to hear this, but I noticed they now have a selection of ice cream flavors in the freezer. When I asked what brand it was, I was told it is now Blue Bunny. It's quite a downgrade from their original homemade ice cream. It's a shame.
The ice cream at Nitro Fog Creamery is expensive and tastes like generic grocery store ice cream. The customer service was below average, with smaller portions than expected. It is disappointing to give such a low rating, especially since they are affiliated with Green Jeans. Overall, Nitro Fog Creamery is not worth the hype.
Idk if I came on the wrong day but this place is not what it is advertised in the photos. It is a Baskin Robins type of place that sells Blue Bunny ice cream. They don’t use fog machines or any nitrogen. They have a small walk up window with the ice creams in a glass like a hundred other ice cream places with a lot better ice cream for cheaper. I didn’t see or offered any toppings. Huge disappointment!
You guys took out the nitro in nitro ice cream. And got rid of the matcha. My mom would fly in from California looking forward to it every time she visited. Tonight we brought more friends from California. When we found out the nitro ice cream and matcha were gone we cried a little.
