Little Caesars Pizza - Albuquerque

After a couple of years away I decided to give this place a chance again. They?ve greatly improved. It?s also really easy to order online and then simply enter your code to pick up your pizza. You also get a free two liter coke if you order online. Glad they?re better.

If this review is for the restaurant on Rio Bravo, I appreciated the efficiency of the staff. However, if it's the location at Gibson and Yale, I would rate it a minus zero! I placed an order, paid with my credit card, and when I went to pick it up, they were closed!!! It was during the day, and there was no notice on their website indicating they were closed! I ended up having to argue with the company to get my money back!!!!

The customer service was great. The only issue I see is that, in my opinion, they close a bit too early.

Last night, we ordered a pizza, and the cheese had clumped together. The most concerning issue was the unprofessional behavior of the manager. She was disrespectful and kept customers waiting even though the pizzas were ready. This Little Caesars location seems to be plagued with problems, from pest issues to staff who are unable to manage their own manager. It raises serious concerns about cleanliness and how poorly the store is being run under her supervision.

I showed up to pick up an order 10 minutes after the window of it being ready. They apparently throw out orders after that time limit, which I think is an odd policy. Regardless of weird rules, the employees here were super helpful and found the order, warmed it up in like 10 minutes, and printed my receipt when I requested it. Really appreciate their cooperation.
