Usually, I leave nothing but good reviews...food/coffee is good, but the service sucks. Whoever the slender girl is needs to go. She is rude as you walk through the door. She basically threw my coffee at me along with donut, and said in a borderline hostile way, have a good day . Never coming back....
Their Halloween donuts were 18 and change. Way to expensive for what they were. They were just icing and candy decorations on regular don't. For the most part they all tasted the same. 2 of the donuts had some kind of filling in them which wasn't all that great. Don't think I will do that ever again. Dunkin donuts are was better than this and cheaper too.
I spent $30.00 on two dozen original glazed doughnuts today, and when I inquired about the absence of blueberry cake and chocolate cake doughnuts, I was informed that they don’t make them from scratch but receive all their products directly from a factory, which no longer produces those varieties. The decision-makers at Krispy Kreme need to understand that not everyone prefers raised doughnuts. If I'm paying $15.00 for a dozen, there are better options available in Albuquerque, such as Glazed Grinders, Amy's Donuts, or even Dunkin' Donuts. Large companies must recognize the importance of customer retention, especially now. For what it's worth, I won’t be purchasing Krispy Kreme doughnuts again.
