Contribuiți la feedbackBest Prime Rib in Albuquerque by far. Great food service and property that takes care of their customers. Have they used for all great events of our family in the last 30 years and never disappointed
The Cooperage has been here for years. It was probably 20 years since I was there last time. Prime Rib was excellent (as I had always remembered). The salad bar is also very good.
Great salad bar, a little slow. Had Sirloin and Enchiladas, Sirloin order medium rare. Steak came with a few veins of really hard tendon and cooked closer to rare. Very hard. Enchiladas were pretty good.
I wanted to enjoy a dinner to celebrate my birthday. It's been a while since I enjoyed a lobster. I wanted to go to Red Lobster, but I wanted to try something new and at the same time support a local business. While the staff was polite, the atmosphere was like a step back in time, and the prices were somewhat overpriced for what we got. I enjoyed my experience as a whole. But it won't be my first choice to celebrate my birthday. Can I recommend? I guess so. Only wouldn't be my first choice.
I come for the fabulous music Albuquerque Jazz Orchestra first Tuesday every month, no cover. But this menu, and the highly overrated salad bar, has not changed since I first ate here in 1980. To be polite, I'll get a glass of wine (list is limited but not bad) and sometimes an appetizer (wildly inconsistent quality). The one time I ordered the prime rib, it was mostly gristle. Service is friendly, but they seem to be chronically understaffed. Too bad. Location is great, but most of us have dinner before showing up.
