Cielo Sandia - Albuquerque

If you're looking for a peaceful night out with no hassle and fantastic upscale food, this is the place to be. We dined there on a Friday night and were initially hesitant since we were the only guests. However, we were pleasantly surprised! The special that evening was short ribs with garlic mashed potatoes, and it was absolutely delicious. The Cobb salad was among the best I’ve ever had. Every dish was beautifully and professionally presented, and the portion sizes were generous without being overwhelming. The atmosphere was romantic, featuring soft lighting, cozy seating, wine, and lovely music—it almost felt like we were on a getaway! (Just a bit too much information!) The restaurant is located inside the Marriott. The waitstaff was attentive; she managed both the dining area and the bar, was well-versed in the menu, and was incredibly kind. We never had to search for her attention. We will definitely be returning!

The food is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the service is outstanding.
