Church's Chicken - Albuquerque

I highly recommend that you register for your email rewards before visiting them. the best are those who are used in person against delivery and call in order coupons. great value (with credits) and excellent customer service.

This location had at least two people working and no one would acknowledge me at the speaker to take my order. One of the female employees even looked me in the eye when I tried pulling up to the window. It was 9:30 but the restaurant doesn’t close until 10:00. Clearly those employees didn’t want to offer services so they could leave early. Terrible service.

This was my favorite location because of their great custom service always getting our orders correct, until today. We understand that everyone has bad days sometimes communication can be misunderstood. However, I will not tolerate you being mean outright disrespectful to myself nor my family members, especially when YOU don't know how to do your job correctly. My hope is that you'd start treating your customers better that you treat people how you would like to be treated.

I hate to bash food food establishments but i also hate being lied to. Everytime i politely ask how old is the okra everytime I'm told oh we just made it' or we only made it 5 minutes ago' then they serve u something thats obviously been sitting there quite a while, it has no crispness left its soggy, cold in the middle! Just to avoid having to drop another batch? Once or twice, i get it, but everytime? C'mon church's #imNotMadJusDisappointed lol

Ordered through grub hub and I’ll never order anything from a location again. They took forever, burned my food (bombers were inedible), didn’t have any iced tea in the middle of the day, and I could hear them being extremely rude to the delivery driver when he was calling to replace the tea. For everything that was ordered, all that was edible was a mediocre chicken sandwich. Zero stars if possible.
