The service at this restaurant was exceptional and the atmosphere was enhanced by the stunning view. The steak was a little tough and on the pricey side, but we were pleasantly surprised when our meal was comped. We were initially intrigued by the wine special listed at $3.5 per glass on the menu, but were taken aback when the waiter informed us it was actually $35.00 per glass. Overall, it was a nice dining experience, but be prepared to spend more than you would at a typical steakhouse.

We went to the restaurant to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Our server was lovely, but the scallops (among other dishes) were extremely salty, and the overall meal was average. It was disappointing because the food has always been delicious in the past. It's disheartening to have a lackluster experience on a special occasion, especially considering the high prices at this place.

My steak was cold. The server took the steak back and re-heated it, but no one came over to apologize or even follow up. I expect better service and food when I spend $50 for a steak.

My husband and I went to Bien Shur for our 28th anniversary. We have always loved going there because the food and the service are perfect. We were treated warmly and promptly as soon as we walked in. We had reservations and were seated immediately and near a window which overlooks the city. I wish I remembered our waiters name because he was absolutely wonderful and made our night amazing. Thank you Bien Shur. We will definitely see you soon!!!

The lamb special was swimming in oil. The pork tenderloin was good, but rather small portion. The pumpkin, Cherry etc. cake was interesting. Loved the green chili cheese bread and the oil dipping choice.
