A small trip to vicenza is worth it . a lovertino of literatin is located the restaurant from Franco' with Venetian specialties such as the famous spit and much more . pasta made a house with delicious sauces, porcini soup, cod and more . we went for the vicentino and famous spit of meat . large and capacious rooms, friendly staff, also suitable for banquets. plentiful and genuine dishes. a typical Venetian trattoria difficult to forget . super recommended .

This place was recommended by a local guy, and we had a tasty meal, better than in many places in this area, it was even cooked on wood-burning stove. At the end we payed less than 30 euros for 2 rich starters and 3 primi, salad and 1/2 l wine, water and coffe. The bigoli were excellent and about 4 or 5 euros. I did not meet such a convenient meal within years. The staff could be a bit more attentive, on the other hand it was a honest good local countryside lunch. Mainly local guests but recommendable to everyone.
