Hong Thai - Albertville

I rarely provide reviews, but I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with this establishment. The cuisine served here deviates significantly from authentic Thai cuisine, lacking the genuine flavors and culinary techniques associated with Thai culinary traditions. In comparison to other Thai restaurants I have frequented, the quality of the food here falls far short of expectations. Regrettably, I am unable to discern the exact ingredients used in the preparation of the dishes, but I can unequivocally state that the overall experience was unpalatable and disappointing..

I arrived 20 minutes to 8 pm and waited in line for 11 minutes and was told they will not serve me. I am a local and love their food however the customer service stinks. They could have at least let us know they would not serve us versus letting us sit and wait in line to be refused service. I’m spend over 65 dollars every time I eat there. I will not return. The rudeness and disrespect and lack of customer service ruined it for my family.

First time here. The Green Curry, Hong Thai egg rolls, and vegetable egg rolls were quite the best we had anywhere.

This place truly has great food! The service has always been so wonderful as well! I highly recommend trying the crispy shrimp appetizers!

I had a great experience here today. It wasn't that busy and the atmosphere was quiet and clean.Service was perfect. The front of the house was being run by a young woman, probably in her twenties. I think her name is Tori. She was great. Friendly, took my order correctly, and checked on me throughout the meal. Just very pleasant.Food was great. I had a Thai tea, beef spring rolls, and lab esan entrée. Tea was really good. Spring rolls were fantastic! The lab esan was a dish I had never had before, but excellent. Fresh, crunchy lettuce and Cucumbers. Very spicy and juicy ground beef dish. I loved it.
