Cicis Pizza - Albemarle

Dulce and her family are incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. The food is excellent, and the prices and service are both great.

The food has definitely improved since the restaurant first opened. I believe that children aged five and under should eat for free, as most young children aren't (or shouldn't be) a distraction when dining with adults.

The restaurant has clean and spacious facilities. During COVID, they adapted by having a server behind a counter, and this system works efficiently. I was able to make several trips to the buffet and salad bar, although the staff served me instead of having a DIY option. One member of our group was vegetarian, and they even brought a personal veggie pizza to the table for him. Despite all these accommodations, they maintained the same prices. It’s truly an impressive experience!

Cicis Pizza is a fun place to eat, especially with children, and it is my 5-year-old granddaughter favorite place. The pizza on the buffet is quite good, but you can request your favorite toppings and they make it for you, hot fresh! The small playroom could be some update because half of the machines do not work.

Took the family there last night. My wife and I are both deemed essential so we've not really been stuck at home but our daughter has. It was our first time out as a family since early March. The staff there is doing a wonderful job with a rather messed up situation. I personally do not.like the new format and hope it will go back to the way it was before, but I understand because of comrade Cooper this is the way they have to do to operate right now. Its a lot of work for the staff but they seemed to do it with a smile (hard to tell behind the masks).
