Placed a reasonably big order for my family of 5. One of my kids accidentally dropped his thick shake after only taking 2-3 sips, and shake went everywhere. I asked the lady behind the counter for a mop to clean it up. The lady behind the counter could see my son was visibly upset at his mistake and she came out with a completely new thick shake for him. She didn't have to do that, it was completely his fault. The whole car ride home he was talking about how lovely the lady at the ice cream shop was.
