Wellington's - Albany

Well above an average meal and experience. I would recommend for any occasion.

Music not super loud but was god-awful and restaurant had no noise level control. Pleasant evening on the end of a 3 day weekend with NO LEGISLATIVE COMPETION.

We stumbled upon Wellington’s by accident for lunch while waiting to tour the Capital Building. It’s located conveniently right across the street. What a find! The building is gorgeous, the furniture fabulous, the service exceptional and the food delicious. Our waiter was wonderful and took excellent care of us. We had the lobster grilled cheese, which was incredible, brussel sprouts, fries chips. Highly recommend the grilled cheese! We will definitely come back to this place again for dinner.

An Absolute gem of Albany. Hotel restaurants are slept on. I can assure you the sticky pork ribs will bring an actual tear to your eye. The fried artichoke hearts were a force to be reckoned with. As a restaurant owner in the 518, I can say this place is doing it RIGHT.

Natasha was our waitress, she made our entire experience awesome! We had Brussels for appetizers, cooked perfect and delicious. I had the Chicken Gyro Bowl, this did not disappoint! The chicken was cooked perfect, the Tazicki dressing was on point, olives were salty and yummy. Absolutely can’t wait to go again.
