Untapped Nutrition - Albany

I visited the restaurant today to get a tea. The atmosphere was cold and not very welcoming. It felt like I was inconveniencing everyone by simply ordering a tea. Unfortunately, my overall experience was unpleasant this time. Hopefully, things can improve in the future.

Went for the first time yesterday and had such a great experience! Such a cute shop, super friendly, and loved my tea- I felt great all day! Even got some teas to go to make some for later in the week. Excited to go back!

Arrived at 3:50 pm when the website says they close at 4:30 yet the place looks like they were closed for hours already. Could’ve taken my business else where.

When I am out in this area I would treat myself and family to tea 's we would call them fancy tea why the 2 stars. Last time I went here it was just my husband and I. I told the young cashier girl I have a free tea punch (I told her they have my card) the girl looked unfazed. Our drinks were made the older woman with blonde hair the owner I 'm think, she charged me full proce. I said I am suppose to have a free drink with my punch card. They normally punch it in front of you then charge you. But not that day. She completely ignored me I just paid my drinks and left I won 't be back any time soon. Good thing there 's other locations to get tea 's still annoyed I didn 't get my free drink. Guess they needed the money more than doing what they 're supposed to do with the cards. Fasle advertising with those cards thanks!

I come to this location occasionally but probably won’t return due to complete lack of hospitality from one of the counter tea tenders today. She rolled her eyes, ignored questions and didn’t even reply to a thank you. There are too many other close options and I would rather avoid. They way you make your customers feel is so important.
