Uno Pizzeria Grill - Albany

My dining room partner and I enjoyed our dinner. The pizzas were amazing, the appetizer we got was incredible. A seafood cheesy dip with garlic bread crostinis incredible. And our server Emery was so nice. I will come back

Really fresh food - the Caesar salad had slices of Parmesan cheese, and crispy romain lettuce. the personal thin crusts veggie pizza I ordered was fantastic! friendly service lifted a pleasant and delicious lunch

Visited this Uno's location last night, just before closing. was welcomed and supported by the GM that took my To-go order. The restaurant is obviously influenced by the national shortage of workers, i.e. the limited restaurant hours. However, they do the best they can do with the staff they have. My order was finished as promised and was made delicious.

To a technical problem, my order was not received by UNOs, so I sent a Facebook message to inform them about the issue. They immediately reacted to me and alerted their management team. Within an hour Kevin G, the General Manager, sent me directly by email and solved the problem. Kevin was friendly, professional and showed excellent customer service... just as important was the pizza delicious!

I have to say the top sirloin steak with rice pilaf and loaded mashed potatoes was amazing. I asked for rare and that’s what I got. I got this free for my birthday. My wife had the Uno pizza. Which looked awesome. Not much table service but good meal. One soda. Would have liked more soda but it is what it is.
