Texas Roadhouse - Albany

We waited on the waitlist for 2 and a half hours, even though it was supposed to be only an hour and a half. Once we arrived, there was an additional 45-minute wait in the parking lot. Inside, every table was fully occupied with people lingering and not leaving. We decided to eat and left before most tables had cleared, frustrated with the long wait and people not making way for those waiting outside. The experience was just ridiculous.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. The food was tasty and the prices were reasonable for dining out. It was not overly expensive.

Texas Roadhouse never disappoints – the bartender is a lot of fun and the food is consistently delicious. Thanks to the whole team!

I always enjoy coming here because the food is always good.....but a little item pissed me off today. The baked potato I ordered was either a leftover from yesterday or an overcooked one. It was very brown on the inside and the skin was very dark and crispy. I didn't complain about it at the restaurant but I feel like I should let someone know.....I would have gladly changed to mashed potatoes if they would of just said that they were waiting for more baked potatoes instead of serving uneatable ones. No stars for the food today

Always feel safe coming here to eat with a super uncommon food allergy to lemon. Heather the bartender is super careful, friendly and makes sure I'm taken care of! Plus all the staff is super friendly. Foods always good and steaks cooked to the right temp the first time!
