Starbucks - Albany

Cozy little dieucks. standard rate. only the question is the plaza in which it is located is on 2 traveling roads, so that neither exit can they make a left curve. best trip to turn if necessary albany shaker rd to circular traffic. food: 5/5

I don't go to Starbucks much so I'm not familiar with the menu, but the person who took my order was very helpful, and didn't mind answering all of my questions!

The place is filthy dirty. Counters, coffee prep area, floors, doors, windows, tables covered with dirt and grime. And the place was dead quiet (understandably) so staff could have, for example, wiped all the gunk off the counter where they deliver the coffee. The place was health risk level disgusting.

Even when busy the wait is not long. Very efficient staff. Always friendly. Highly recommended

{UPDATE} Changing this past review because someone actually listened and this Starbucks now accepts online orders so it's finally possible to just pick up my order without calling in advance. Now only if we could get the Moe's in this plaza to reopen... {Old Review} Not being able to place a pickup order online makes it impossible for me to ever eat here it's kinda sad that they just keep online pickup orders turned off at this store because they just don't want that extra business.
