Shun's Kitchen - Albany

I am a student at the university in albany. at 1:30 o'clock I studied for a final in one of my classes and got hungry so I noticed that shun 's kitchen was open until 2:30 o'clock, so I ordered from them and the woman on the phone said 45mins. 2:30 a.m. rolled around and the food had not arrived yet. So I called and they said they'd find out what happened to the supplier. 15 o'clock again. same answer. 3:30 a.m. the supplier called to say he had arrived. at this point I was upset and refused to pay. he didn't let the bag go and said good that they took it or leave it. So I just said to take it back, I don't want it anymore. After I closed the door, he hit his hand on the window and cried a obsceneness. then he called my phone and when I answered him, he said he would do sexually suggestive things to my mother. I hung up and then he called 8 times. I called the restaurant back and complained and they told me they had to talk to the manager and nothing would be solved at the moment.

These types rock. they supply my food in under 10 minutes on a bicycle. sometimes the supplier looks disappointed when I give him a 3 dollar tipp, but he's cool. they never bring me my extra rice I pay, but the rest of the food comes under 10 minutes on a bicycle.

Shun’s kitchen is probably one of the cleanest Chinese restaurants in albany. even if the delivery sometimes takes a while, especially in the night, it is great to eat. the people in shun’s are easier to understand, then some restaurants where they are like terrible English. I would definitely recommend this place to others who cannot choose which restaurant to go...peace out.

Ordered by uber isst. I wanted to shower and came back to my order that was canceled and had missed calls from this place. I called her back and she said she canceled the job because I didn't pick up my phone. did I tell her to cancel my order? No. but she did it anyway.

This restaurant gets ZERO stars from me, the 1 star is only highlighted so that I can actually make the post. I ordered from ubereats and about 20 minutes later I went to check the arrival time and it said canceled. I called the load to find out what happened because I knew I had money in my account and it's not like they were 5 minutes to close everything. this rude woman took up and when I asked for the order, she said we did not deliver there and put the phone on me. I tried to call back to see if I could change the job to pick up, it was about 10 times before she answered and I asked if I could just pick up the job. this unprofessional woman then says no, we do not pick up the cook just to them who do not want to deliver because I live in the kapuze. I just wanted to order food for me and my son and I am treated with respect, they didn't even have to call the booth and at least let me know. Maybe they should actually put on the app, place to which they refuse to deliver because they want to be ignorant. I will certainly not recommend this place because of this woman with an evil attitude.
