Contribuiți la feedbackSo far every Red Robin site was great!. Unfortunately, the Albany site is not one of them. We sat and no one came to our table for 20 minutes (you were not busy at all). The floors were sticky. They can say they haven't been cleaned for years. Costume services were under what I used to be with a Red Robin. Please change the lead for someone interested. You can say that she wasn't like the building was dirty.
During my recent visit to this Red Robin site, our Cade server was inconspicuous for our table to order outside our food. I ordered my typical delicious Mushroom Swiss Burger, but my guest ordered a chicken sandwich and it was a hot mess. I had to stop another server called Abigail to have brought my food to me for an unknown reason when the restaurant was not so busy, I guess it helps our server. But later someone has to show for beverage refills, is not what I usually have to do, especially when the server passes to help other guests; Surprisingly, the manager was the one who helped us. I'd rather go to another Red Robin location where I know I'll get a better customer service. Also, I should note that they don't honor Red Robin Corporate Coupons or Specials at this particular place.
My family and I went to Red Robin tonight and will not return. At least not at the Albany site. When we came in, we were the only ones, but we waited near 5 minutes. After sitting, we waited more than 10 minutes before our waitress came to the table. He just came to our table because the waiter said to the table next to us, we wait. We ordered our drinks 2 water, 1 boars and 2 apple juices for the children. My husband and I have our water right away. I asked about the children's juice 10 minutes after receiving ours and was told that the bartender was very busy and she would be to him as soon as she could, along with the beer of my husband. Juice and beer only arrived 5 minutes before our meal. Our waiter ran around when he was very busy, but most of his time spent on the computer. He checked us once after we got our food, but didn't come back until we asked for it. We were not with Red Robin during the Kovid and were quite disappointed that our service was so poor. The food was decent.
Great burgers and our server, Taylor, was wonderful! She was just so patient.
I never write reviews but the service here was so bad I feel we though I need to. Me and my bf went on a slow Sunday afternoon. When we got there, there was a family that came in about 5 min after us. The hostess made direct eye contact with me and then proceeded to seat the family that came in after us even after they told the hostess we were here before them. We were in the front for about 10 min before we were even acknowledged by an employee. Once we were seated we ordered an appetizer and never received it. Our drinks were never replenished until I flagged down our server who was in the back joking with coworkers in plain sight. A little boy at the table next to us dropped his soda on the ground and in the 45 min we were there no one bothered to clean it up (this was in a walkway for other patrons). One of the cooks went to the bathroom like 15 times while we were there and all of his trips lasted about 10 seconds in there. He was clearly vaping or something. Both of our burgers were wrong. The ground was extremely dirty. The hostess was skipping around and at one point sat down at a table her friends were with. We were appalled at the way this restaurant operated. This is embarrassing and should consider a complete turnover of their staff. We will never go back.
