Oaxaquena Triqui - Albany

This is the best Mexican restaurant in Albany! The food is fresh and delicious, and the prices are great. While the location isn't the most ideal, it's definitely worth the visit. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. There's street parking available, but we’ve always managed to find a spot right in front when we visit. Whether for lunch or dinner, this place is absolutely fantastic!

My wife is from Oaxaca (Mixtepec), so we had to visit this place while we were in California, and it did not disappoint! The food was excellent and incredibly authentic. My wife enjoyed the Tlayuda Oaxaqueña, which she loved. I had a Huarache topped with half flor de calabazas (squash flower) and half huitlacoche (corn smut), and it was so delicious that I devoured it in no time. The salsa was also fantastic! The kids shared a quesadilla made with queso Oaxaca.

Delicious! I ordered three Tinga Tacos, a huarache al pastor, and a carnitas torta. Everything was fantastic. The gentleman who took my order was very friendly. I will definitely return when I'm back in Albany.

Best food in this area hands down. Best Mexican cuisine in Albany area! I would just knock a star down (not because it's not a real grip), because the restaurant is busy and you might not get a seat. This is a sign of a good place.

Great place with great food! Highly recommend. I’ve ordered several times myself or with friends and the only issues that’s ever happened were 1000% on the delivery app I was using. Can’t say nearly enough good things about this restaurant!
