O Tooles Pub - Albany

After a short wait, we were finally served our Cheeseburger Deluxe orders, which were delicious. The menu had changed since our last visit, but we didn't mind. O'Toole's is a great place to unwind after shopping. We visited on Wednesday, the 7th, with my mom. The waiter was very friendly and made our afternoon even better. The chicken Fajitas special was amazing. Overall, we had to give our previous visit an extra star.

My waitress was amazing. she made my family feel comfortable. eating was delicious, and the darker lights made a soothing atmosphere.

This place is clearly short busy and yet do not stop fulfilling superior customer service. colleen, my waitress was not short as attentive, personal and had an extremely positive attitude. if I had a complaint, would it be just that my stroh for my margarita was too small, that colleen personally handmade for me?. the heart, Nick-Bügeltisch was also great! he grabbed the empty plates from the waitress hand they landed. she was so remarkable. teamwork in his finest!

I enjoy having a craft beer while sitting on the terrace at this restaurant. An added bonus is that well-behaved dogs are welcome to join us on the terrace. The restaurant is dog-friendly, serves cold beer, and offers delicious food. Although the terrace overlooks the parking lot, it is not noisy and provides a great opportunity for people-watching.

The venue and staff at O'Toole's were absolutely amazing. We booked the back room for our COVID micro-wedding in November 2021, and it exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful with equipment, decorations, space, and the food was fantastic. I was initially unsure about having our wedding at a bar, but we needed a small location for our intimate gathering. O'Toole's event manager and staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect, despite the challenges of COVID. It may not have been the wedding I always dreamed of, but O'Toole's ensured it was a truly special day for us.
