Mcdonald's - Albany

The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. However, the highlight is definitely the spacious indoor playground for children. It's a perfect destination for families with kids looking to escape bad or cold weather.

When I learned that I would be traveling to Albany, I was thrilled at the prospect of trying an original Albany steam sink. I wasn’t quite sure where to begin my search for this local delicacy, so I decided to start at McDonald’s, known for its take on this almost fast-food classic. I walked in and ordered the Upstate New York classic, and I was not disappointed by the subdued flavors of the ham! It made for an unforgettable lunch experience. Plus, it was very child-friendly; there were kids around, and they all seemed to be enjoying themselves.

I visit this restaurant every morning between 5:40 and 5:45 AM, and my order is usually taken promptly. However, when I went today, they had decided to open at 6 AM instead. The girl at the drive-thru speaker informed me, unfortunately, that they wouldn't be opening until 6, despite their 24-hour sign. I typically go through the drive-thru at the same time as other cars, so it was frustrating to not be served. It feels like they do whatever they want without considering their customers, and I shouldn't have to wait for 20 minutes just because they chose not to open early.

This situation is not 24 hours! at several locations and at different times (from 1:00 to 5:00 o'clock) closes the restaurant. the app allows them to order, drive there, to see the lighter on, just turn away. I don't know if there are legitimate reasons, or if the personal is just running out. there was a noticeable improvement of customer service. the employees during the day shifts were amazing and very accommodating, especially the breakfast crew. they are on the spot with accusations, fast, helpful, empathetic and a real joy to interact!

What can I say other than it's a McDonald's and they are all pretty much the same. I don't go inside this one anymore because there are always a bunch of disrespectful kids in there but they still make some pretty good burgers so I hit the drive thru on occasion. It's hard to go wrong with a quarter pounder or a couple double cheeburgers and some fries. The staff and service vary at this location, but are mostly pretty good.
