Kfc - Albany

I enjoy fast food from time to time, but I think the term "fast food" has become misleading; it often isn't fast anymore, and some people raise concerns about the nutritional value of the food. However, this place had me out the door with my correct order in about four minutes after I walked in. They're really bringing the "FAST" back to fast food! Everything was warm and tasty, except for the coleslaw, which was cool and delicious. I appreciated that it was intentionally placed at the bottom of the bag to avoid warming up with the other items—great touch!

If you order in advance and have an extra 30 minutes to spare while waiting for your meal to be brought out, the food is decent. Just don't expect anything quick from this fast food place. It’s never fast.

This is the third time I've picked up my order and they forgot to complete it. I only realized when I got home. I had a large order and did check it, but I mistakenly thought the applesauce was the kids' drinks. So now, no drinks. I didn't complain the first or second time, but I really should have. I won't be returning there again.

The people are nice but the food never comes out the way it?s supposed to. This is supposed to be covered with cheese , it?s like they make the food with no care in the world

Worst KFC! Ordered online for a pickup at 7:15pm. Waited in store until 7:40pm for my food. Store was dirty. Out of the 15 employees on staff, only 3 were working. Very unprofessional. One young man was complaining that if he didn't get paid, he wouldno show all next week. Not sure what he was talking about. If I owned that place I would fire everyone. The rest just stoodaround and looked like the could care less to be there. It took 10 minutes someone to come to the counter to wait on the personin front of me who's order was not right after waiting a long time. I should of seen that as a sign for what's about to come.When I got home, My 2 extra crispy chicken breast pieces were missing, the 2 biscuits were not edible. The popcorn chicken in mybowl was not cooked well. The corn was old and dried out. Whoever gave this place a 5 star review has family working there!
