Kfc - Albany

The bun on my chicken sandwich was extremely cold, which quickly lowered the temperature of the freshly fried chicken.

I visited for lunch at 11:50 AM on September 28, 2022, and I intended to wash my hands in the restroom before eating. However, two employees behind the counter stopped me to inform me that the restrooms were out of order. One of them wore a smirk while the other explained that customers had to use the facilities at the movie theater next door. I asked if the district manager or the store manager was aware of this issue. After a brief pause, they said they were working on it, but I didn’t believe them and decided to leave. This isn’t the first time I’ve complained; the store is poorly managed and usually dirty. It seems both the manager and district manager are complacent with the current state, or else they would have made changes by now. My advice: go anywhere else but here.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The classic chicken and spicy chicken sandwiches were outstanding and prepared fresh to order. The tacos from the Taco Bell side were also tasty. It's great to see everyone putting in the effort to achieve excellence. Keep up the great work!

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. They messed up my order, and now they won't answer the phone when I try to reach out. I'm really upset about it.

I ordered from KFC on Upper Central Avenue and also on Delaware Avenue in Albany, New York. However, I can't remember which location it was, but while eating the chicken, I noticed that it was undercooked and literally bleeding. It was a disappointing experience, and I wish I could identify which KFC it was.
