Happy Donuts - Albany

Donuts are great. The service is not. You will push as many donuts as possible into a box, even if they are frosted, so by the time you brought the donuts for your family to eat the freezing is everywhere on the other donuts. If you ask for an extra box or a larger box, they may not be all smashed together, they give you an evil look and an attitude. Pretty disappointed with my visit today.

Morning lady has a really bad attitude. She hurried to order me and was not friendly. I noticed that the other lady wasn't happy with her attitude, but maybe she can't say much. Maybe it's better at different times, but I had no good experience.

Absolute best croissant I have ever had! Awesome customer service. The host has wonderful personality and generosity.

Pretty consistent donuts. Staff is nice and friendly.
