The restaurant is well-known for its bagels and sandwiches, with a wide variety of vegan and vegetarian options available. They are great at making substitutions, too. I ordered yogurt topped with granola and bananas, which was served just right with unsweetened yogurt. You can add honey for free, and it’s conveniently located near the coffee station. My friend Matt chose the "queen" sandwich, which came on a spinach flour tortilla, and he also got a breakfast bagel with avocado. There’s a selection of bagels to choose from, and any bagel can be turned into a sandwich. Prices are reasonable, and the quality of food is excellent, with bagel sandwiches priced around $6. The atmosphere is calm, with no more than five customers at a time, each in their own space. The staff is very friendly, and coffee refills are just $1. They offer three types of coffee: dark roast, medium roast, and decaf, along with soy milk. There's a full espresso machine available as well, and they accept credit cards. For convenience, there’s free parking on the street for up to 90 minutes.

I absolutely love this restaurant! They offer healthy, clean food at reasonable prices, along with free Wi-Fi and plenty of space to relax. The background music is pleasant and unobtrusive, making it a great spot to study or unwind. It’s my go-to place for breakfast or lunch in the Berkeley-Albany area. I genuinely wish the friendly yet unobtrusive owners all the success in the world, but I can't help but appreciate that I can always find a table. It's just busy enough to create a lively atmosphere without being overwhelming. Their gluten-free Eclectic breakfast dish is fantastic, and I highly recommend the Chimmichurri chicken or tofu wrap!

This restaurant is owner-operated, and you can really see the care and effort that goes into the food and menu. The ingredients are always fresh, the service is quick, and the staff greets you with a smile. My favorite dish is the breakfast bar, which is a cherished family recipe. I highly recommend this place!

I liked it. Good coffee at a reasonable price. The only reason I held a star back is that coffee is everything I tried! I don't think it's fair to give 5 stars without at least tasting their other offers.

Ramon is a great guy and runs a great little neighborhood shop. His breakfast sandwiches are to die for and his Lattes are just right, not too hot! : Margerita is also lovey and shows lots of care in her work.
