Favorite Mistake - Albany

Great employees. Very attentive and service oriented. Cold beer!

From the perspective of a first timer on a Friday night: This place is absolutely lit. Who knew that such a dope bar experience existed in Albany. And I say “experience” because that is what it is. Let’s start with this burger. I was starving, and I rolled in with low expectations, assuming it would just be Cisco powered bar food. I could have not been more wrong. This place is crazy! Just got here with my kids, they're playing in the arcade and they wouldn't serve me because they thought I'd already been drinking. This is the first place I've been too tonight.. I will not be coming back… just wanted to have a beer and sing some karaoke.

Sadly, my experience was not very good… I really wanted this to become my ” go- to”… while the 2 employees were very nice and friendly… the service was HORRIBLE… I sat at a table… the bar stools were all full… I later discovered why… the only patrons who get service are the ones who sit on the bar stools at the bar… the rest of the room gets ignored.. the 2 employees refuse to venture out from behind it… someone needs to manage these 2 nice friendly employees and expl … – show

My burger was cold and may have been last night. My fries were greasy and from last night. Very disappointed.
