El Mariachi Tapas - Albany

The food was decent. The drinks were just okay. I had the Paella and it's far from the authentic Spain Paella but it was edible. I also had margarita for a beverage it wasn't freshly made it used a lot of the margarita mix. Not a fan of the Resturant Weekmenu maybe their own menu is much better.

Love this place! When we lived on Lark, we tried to go at least twice a month for a cute date night. Can not beat the delicious soup, beef tacos, pablanos, and amazing fresh guac made-to-order table side. Our order every time. It's so good that we never leave. Excellent staff. Quiet, intimate. The secret is out now! P.S. loves the 1/2 pitcher of Premium-Marg.

This place was great. Arturo, the bartender, was kind and friendly and had wonderful suggestions. The location on Lark is great and if you are looking for authentic tapas, this is a perfect choice.

Excellent customer service for beginners. The food was amazing. The Tequila queso fundido and the octopus were the favs. The tapas approach is great, making u more sample.

One of our three dishes was delicious, but the other two were down right awful. The paella tasted nothing like those that I've had in Spain or even the imitations I've had at other American restaurants. It was absolutely flavorless! That said, the service was good. I'm sure if I ordered other items it could have been a better meal, but the menus a 50/50 shot at being delicious or disgusting.
