Dunkin' Donuts - Albany

I go to this Dunkin every time I'm in Albany because it's conveniently located in the same building as our Albany office. The people are friendly, but the line can get long so I recommend ordering through the Dunkin App if you have it. The only downside is that the space is tight and sometimes they put stuff in the line area that prevents wheelchair access. Additionally, the straws are difficult to reach for wheelchair users.

I love going to this location. I do not know their names sadly but there is a man and woman duo in the morning when I come in and they are fantastic. Sociable, polite, makes good conversation, amazing customer service. They have regulars that come in and they remember their orders. They are just wonderful. And funny as all get out. And its right near work so it makes it easy to make a quick pit stop before I head to work.

The two kind ladies who helped me this morning were very friendly and professional. They helped me with my order and how to navigate a refund through the mobile app for an item I no longer wanted.

Who doesn't love Dunkin' Donuts? However, if your hot beverage comes with a lid on it, check under the lid before purchasing to make sure you got a full cup. My fav drink is the vanilla chai latte but time and again when I look under the lid I notice that my cup is only two-thirds full. This is unacceptable when a medium costs over $3. Buyer beware!
